Monday nights at 6:00pm
Monday nights, 6:00pm-7:00pm. Helmets are required. ICC has some helmets that can be used and purchased. Recommended clothing: jogging pants / athletic pants, long sleeve shirt, sweater, mitt, toque, indoor shoes.
